      Why do you like Illinois?

Nothing sticks out in that game. Both teams are good and it should be a fun game to watch.

Why do you like Clemson? They were losing to Troy at halftime and Wofford the majority of the game. Their QB is terrible, they are young, their coach sucks, etc, etc. I will not bet Notre Dame again this year... this team invents new ways to lose. I think Vandy wins outright over Ole Miss. I think Miss St. gives LSU all they can handle. Hawaii seems to be getting too many points on the road. I like Iowa St. to beat UConn. I am looking into to South Carolina vs Navy a little more. I think they may be getting too many points against a team averaging over 400 yards a game on the ground.

I am a Uconn fan...we have no QB once again for the 7th straight year. Our defense is great though. Should be a pretty close game either way, I would probably take Iowa St as well getting 4.5.

I thought Penn St. showed some good stuff against Bama, Their D looked pretty decent. I haven't looked into how they match up with temple.

They actually impressed me on Saturday. Jantz can really scramble, and he has playmakers to get the ball to.

I probably won't play them, but it's a lean. Not impressed with UConn.

Pretty good D, but their QB situation is a dysfunctional clusterfvck.

Re: the LSU/MSU game. Both teams coming off short rest. But MSU was in a real dog fight (no pun intended)with Auburn on Saturday. Lot of their players got banged up, and they road the hell out of Ballard those last few drives. Whereas LSU had a cakewalk against Northwestern State. You taking any of that into account on your MSU lean?

i like iowa state a lot this week; their quarterback jansen has so much skill and so much heart. that guys gonna take this team places. great arm, extremely mobile, not weak at all. seems like their defense has some endurance.

In other words, MSU got tested last week while LSU had a light practice session (which followed a relatively easy win against Oregon). I think in this situation (home opener, coming off a tough loss with a non-conf game next week) the Bulldogs are going to leave it all on the field on Thursday in the most important game they'll play from now until mid-November.

I don't see an edge on the line as it stands right now. Probably no play. However, I'm stoked to watch this game...

I'm starting to think FIU is the best play of the week at +5 (now, from +4).

                                  Still researching, though.

I was thinking of taking FIU also, but UCF's D held BC to just 7 first downs and 141 total yards. Godfrey is a hell of a QB. And they've got an All C-USA safety and corner who can supposedly help neutralize T.Y. Hilton. Something Louisville was not able to do.

If you didn't know the line and I gave you Wisc. (-7) vs. N. Ill., you'd probably contemplate that the books must know something and bet N. Ill.

Sorry No coin, but LSU is going to be a matchup nightmare for Miss. St. Too many people are blindly following the primetime-homedog trend, when the winner is staring them in the face. LSU wins convincingly IMO.

I think Wiscy, Ole Miss, Sparty, UCF, AZ St and UCF all win fairly comfortably ATS...
