They gave you a 1 time courtesy and allowed you to cancel a previous mistake you made betting. If they keep letting you switch bets; you won't learn from your mistakes. Bet more on your team to offset your mistake. If you have no money left and it means this much to you, then send more money in. But don't trash 5Dimes with bogus title to post just cause you make mistakes

But they are bullish when it comes to stuff like this and even when they make mistakes. Ive alerted them to so many of their line mistakes and theyve had to correct them. But when I made a bet on a line mistake it was very hard to get that bet cancelled, so I dont help them out anymore, I bet the mistake theyve made and get paid for it.Comment -

I agree. I dont know why everyone like em so much. They have messed up so many of my deposits it is unreal, i thought the hard thing was getting a payout. Missed so many winning plays cause of them dicking me around. I actually saw a dealer on the live Black Jack take a card from the back of the deck that jus happened to ba an ace. U can see cause the cards are gigantic and she looked all worried cause you could tell the feed was supposed to cut out and they knew it didnt, no joke.Comment -

I must have never talked to one of the reps that you guys talk to because I can honestly say noone has ever been like this toward me yet and I have been playing there for awhile. 5Dimes has become arrogant and pretentious and has the least friendly staff in the industry.
The ratings of these books is fluid, too many of you guys accept that a A+ book is always going to be A+... 5dimes has been in a decline in their CS department for a while. I was an affiliate of 5dimes before and I cannot count the number of complaints my clients had with them. I would not recommend them to anyone today. I don't support any business that treats its customers the way that they do.
I hope Hooke takes his money and never plays there again. Players deserve more respect.Comment -

Funny, I've been with 5D for years, Tony has been respectful to me every time I've needed him (maybe 8 times in 8 years)
Latest example was I gave out an all star game prop on these boards that many tailed and played at 5D.
Long story short, the prop (winner) was graded by accident a loser, I called CS, got Tony, he straightened it out in minutes, with courtesy and respect, all the posters here got paid within the hour.
Feeling I get here is a lot of posters who have a beef with a graded wager, whatever, start off the communication combative and with an attitude.
I get paid from 5D quicker than my other three 'a' rated books I have.Comment
