Didn't change, if it did change in my favor I would still take the original line. If it changed in their favor I would take the new line... they weren't willing to work with me at all.

Just bet what you wanted and cancel it out....hell wait until kickoff. It may move 2 pts and you could pull the miracle middle and screw 5 dimes.

I would... but like i said im spread thin over the weekend and have just about all of my bankroll on games that start after the game I am having issues with.

I understand that it is my fault and they have changed one prior bet before, but I feel it is poor customer service not to help me out. Maybe it's just me.

Yeah they dont budge still trying to figure out why the cs reps are so pissed off and slow to help us. Worst cs of any book ive ever been with and ive been with d books before I found sbr

Pick any of the A books they will have better cs ino... 5Dimes has the most options and allows mma parlays so I stay but yeah cs is a pain

Hmmm, well considering they changed a prior bet before I have to side with them. Why should they work extra because you can't place a proper bet? Imagine if they did it all the time. It would stress resources. I've never tried to change a bet. If you took the wrong side and felt strongly about it, then bet the other side and pay the juice. Tough lesson but obviously not enough for you to make the same mistake twice.

This reminds me of a sign I saw in a ladies cube at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). It said... "a mistake on your part does not constitute an act of God on my part".

Just keep your bet. More than likely it will now hit.

Funny I did the same thing in tennis, thought I picked Simon but picked Isner, glad I did because Isner won, but I remember a couple years ago when I picked the Hornets spread at Minnesota and didnt feel comfortable about the bet and wanted to cancel the bet, they said no cancelling but they would put the money on Minnesota if I wanted, I just left it alone and Paul makes the game winning basket so that worked out. Sometimes thought I place bets and just know I picked a certain team, but check the wager and its the opposite like they switched it or something, strange.

They just hooked me up cancel a dodger bet cuz of the rain delay and allowed me to bet the packers... Said it was a onetime courtesy but damn

and I'm not asking for an act of God, simple change of wager will do.

5 Dimes has the worst customer service ....a few of my boys use to play there....and have left....the casino has always been suspect....and there have been many complaints...

There are so many good books out there...no reason to deal with this garbage... not a good reputation at all...

go find another book...ridiculous for them not to change that...not on a thursday...go find another book...

That's standard protocal at most books that all wagers are final. If they were to allow changing bets, it would create a huge headache for the books. The lesson is you broke it, you bought it. 5 Dimes is a solid book, and there is nothing unusual about their position.

I cant belive u acctaully write this in a forum all bets a final, u confirm it your self ,and its written in their rules.

If they start changing a lots of bets, people will abuse it. And all 5dimes c.s. would be busy helping people that makes wrong bets, in stead of people really need it. So im happy 5dimes say no change bets.

Sorry for your mistake, but u just have to live with it, and learn from it.

Maybe it's Murphy's Law or something, but anytime I've changed a bet, I ended up losing. Stick with the ticket you have. Or bet it the other way and swallow the vig.

Heritage cancels bets for me all the time and days after I place them as long as line is the same as will BetIslands cancels too, but you have to do it within 15 minutes.
