cap the Alamo Bowl at Baylor, 53-41, so may play the over at 79, mulling it over. like that better than giving the points with Baylor. the Opp PPPlay for these two team is obscene (.48 for UW, .47 for Baylor), meaning both defenses surrender nearly a half-point per opposition play. that's insane. in contrast, Toledo's Opp PPPlay is .45 and Air Force's is .4, and they are the two defenses i would've named as the worst in the nation off the top of my head if asked.

honestly can't comprehend how someone could play the under in this game, though i'm sure that the high number will draw plenty of takers.

Over is up to 64 at 5 Dimes. I see this one going into the 70's. What do you think Biff? Maybe a tease with Clemson/over? Or just parlay them? I'm sorry about your recent NFL run dude. I've been having the same problem. How's this for a bad beat... I lost both OK St. -4 by a point and TT over 20.5 2nd half OK St. by half a point in OT when they overturned the TD.

i think that this game makes it to the 70's as well. i have it as Clemson with a range of 43-37/41-35. the fact that the line is not higher has me a little concerned about Clemson, as WVU has been a team that's been difficult for me to read all season so far as sides go. i still think that Clemson is the right side, but i've pretty much decided just to go with the total and if i play Clemson, i'll do it small and ML (probably pass and just stick to over). 64 is on the other side of a big key number, 63, so i can understand teasing it. i think if you do that, you have to tease it to Clemson +3', and there are people who would tell you that teasing across the zero is a bad move (i can see a case for it here). at the same time, i would not be uncomfortable playing over 64. i'm glad that i have 62', but i am expecting 10-12 scores in this game. BOL whatever you decide, pal. sucks that there are no other football games with which you can tease it, really limits your options.

appreciate the kind words. 2-14-3 run in NFL, i still can't believe it. if i'd faded myself, i'd be making a fat withdrawal. sorry about your bad beats in Fiesta Bowl, that sucks. bad move by Gundy not getting the TD, that kind of shit pisses off alums (sure, they're happy with him now, but no need to sow seeds of discontent). i have to say that the winner in the Sugar Bowl last night involved enough luck for three games and made up for some of my bad fortune in the prior four days. onward and upward, the great thing about capping is there's always tomorrow.
