Good Luck this week Biff. Proably not a very good thing for you, but I also like Tulsa. Will probably continue with Stanford - and I'll take a long look at your overs. Kind of leaning toward Florida State tonite - any thoughts?

i like FSU TT over 30 better than FSU. i took BC + the big number in my big money CFB pool for tonight. Noles usually struggle in Chestnut Hill, and this is BC's Super Bowl (not that that means a ton with a team that bad). BOL whatever you decide Rick. for what it's worth, i really struggled with that game, so it's not as if i love BC either.

the extra juice on Bama and Cincy may not be the most prudent move, but going to get outside and enjoy the beach and sun, so don't want to have to worry about sitting around watching lines all day today and tomorrow. besides, i don't think -4 is coming back in Bama nor will -3 come back in Cincy. glad to hear that football treated you well last night, Rick. Bielema is going to lay the wood to Purdue, i'm thinking 4 TD at least in the 1H. i like the game over too, but that one simply screams Badgers with 6+ TDs. Chryst and Bielema are going to unleash something biblical on the Boilers after the past two games.

thanks for the well wishes, taking a very quick break from outside to have NFL capping happy hour with Jameson while wife gets ready to go out. going to my favorite SB restaurant for stone crabs, Monty's. i have enjoyed many a Big Monday in hoops season sitting outside there watching Big East hoops and eating until my hands are so swollen i can't even twist my wedding band. place fkn rules.

thanks, LTA! we're in South Beach. just for 4 days, but it's my wife's favorite place and i haven't taken any time off in over a year (other than my religious holiday on the first Thursday and Friday of NCAA tourney, which doesn't count, i say). usually go to SB about once a year or so. we stay in the place right next to where they filmed the Kardashians, allegedly (i wouldn't know, but wife would). i have purchased a houndstooth hat to wear to Prime 112 for dinner tomorrow night. wife predictably annoyed.

we'll actually be in your fair city next weekend (my favorite place). i have to go for work and we're taking our 4 year-old daughter, leaving the boy with grandparents (still a little young yet for that trip). wife and daughter have been talking about it for weeks, watch out Michigan Ave. over/under on time spent in American Girl story: 2 hours, 45 minutes.

BOL to you too this weekend, LTA. got a good start to NFL card, now off to eat stone crabs.

they were simply outstanding, Rick. we'll go back there Sunday afternoon to watch NFL, probably. one of my favorite places to eat anywhere. had a little too much actually and had to hit the gym for a solid hour this morning before the headache was gone (crabs and whisky make for a nasty hangover, so much salt).

forgot my book i was going to read at home. apparently, it's easier to find a virgin or a dollar bill without coke residue in SB than a book store. i asked two people where i might find one within walking distance and both laughed at me. going to grab a college hoops mag and hit the beach. 5-3-1 +3.8u. great start fizzled, but can't complain since i had a bunch of bets not in my record (normally i post all bets to keep myself under control, but this is vaca). i accidentally double-bet UVA, hit a CFB ML parlay for about 3u, ManU+Chelsea parlay for 1.5u, and Pacocn sent me a pony winner. now 49-44-4 +1.5u on the CFB season.

on the upside, i'm now officially abandoning my don't-fade-the-Browns rule. i'm getting rid of my season tickets, putting on a black hat, and fading the Browns the rest of the way. a heel-turn, like when Hogan joined the NWO. can't leave money on the table putting up back to back 2-5 weeks.
