hmmm, looks as if we disagree on this one. i'm thinking under (21-17/24-20-type game). i think that the Bears are going to do what the Falcons did last night and try to take the air out of the ball from the outset with the running game. we'll see how that goes, but i don't think that the Bear o-line can protect Cutler if it turns into a shoot-out. waiting to see if it goes back to 47'. Cutler has been bad at Chicago and Denver. He makes horrible decisions, he can't move in the pocket, and his accuracy is horrendous. He and Romo are the two worst starting QB's in the league. I would tale Tavaris Jackson over Cutler.

Wow...that is a ridiculous comment bud. No offense, but cutler has solid mobility, but martz's system does not call for roll outs. Cutlers ineffectiveness is the sole responsibility of inept coaching and inept management in not giving cutler any receiving weapons or an offensive line. If you would take tarvaris jackson over cutler, I would really question your judgment. Cutler is one the few qbs in this league with all ther tools for success, including a top 5 arm in the league. However, he can't do it alone. This guy gets killed game after game because of ther worst o-line in the league and has no time to throw or any competent receivers to throw to, yet you blame him....really? I admit I was exaggerating a bit... a lot. I am a Packers fan, so I have a natural disposition to hate Cutler. I hated him before that because he was such a little bitch about the trade thing in Denver.

He does have a great arm, anyone with two eyes can see that. I, personally, don't think he has great mobility. As far as incompletions, I can see the argument going either way; either being blamed on his accuracy or his lack of receivers. Overall, I think Cutler is mediocre at best. My biggest issue with him as a player is his lack of leadership skills. He always seems defeated. I think he one of the worst team leaders in the NFL. I wouldn't take Jackson over anyone.

this is how i'll put it: Cutler is talented and not one of the first guys i'd blame for the Bears' woes, but the only thing worse than his pass protection might be his body language. his struggles are more a symptom of the Bears' problems than the cause.
