I jumped all over that at soon as it came out last night at -17 thinking it would go up....oh well I did get Michigan -3.5 before that jumped. Congrats on a really nice weekend, if only you hadn't gotten personal with the Fresno game

While I sat in Stanford Stadium watching our team underachieve and shoot ourself in the foot again and again, one positive came to mind. We have played so bad this year that our value is going to go up in the books, and I was right, boy was I right. When I saw the line for the UAB game, I was baffled. We might not be a good team right now, but we have been in position to win a majority of our games and are just screwing up every situation possible. UAB is 0-4 and are a TERRIBLE 115th in total offense, 116th in scoring, and 118th in total defense. And these are not against good teams. Besides Florida, their opponents are East Carolina, Troy, and Tulane. Tulane put up 49 on this team. I know Mississippi State more than anyone on this board and in a non-biased way. Our defense is finally starting to mesh together as we showed in second half of Georgia game. Our offense just needs to get its confidence back. Vick Ballard will run all over this team. I capped this game at 24. I will add more units later, I just wanted to see the LM. Good luck to everyone this week

That's a valid concern but since they struggled to beat UAB at home last year and this is a must win game if they have any shot at a bowl...I think they'll be ready to play. The fact that UAB has given up over 500 yards to every opponent they've played this year (plus 5.3yrds per carry) is even better. I'll be there to hopefully see them play much better AND cover (in no particular order of course).

I feel like this is the game where its a must to get our confidence back and our team knows this. I feel Mullen will have them plenty motivated to come in to Birmingham and take care of business.

I have been waiting all day for this line to come out and loved what I saw. Even with Brantley, I capped this game at 17, without him the Gators offense should have a very, very tough time getting anything going. I have confidence that LSU can put up some points themselves with the O getting behind Jefferson. This is LSU's first big home SEC game and Death Valley will be bumping.

I really like this AZ state team and their ability to put up points. Utah's offense is below average and I feel like Arizona State will come into this game fired up on D as this is a big game leading up to Oregon next week. Both these teams have been awful against the spread this year, and with Utah's QB Jordan Wynn doubtful, I like AZ State in this one by 7.

Thanks Fratty. It's good to see some of the same games caught your eye. The AZ line has moved to -1 at 5 Dimes. Hmmmm... Maybe if I lay off I can get a pick'm by Friday. I like ASU in this spot also. The only reason they didn't cover against Oregon St. was they kept turning the ball over. They need to avoid that this weekend. Osweiler scares me sometimes with his decision making.

This line is well worth the risk in EJ Manuel not starting. I do like him to start though. He took reps with first team today, and has reported that his shoulder is feeling better. Wake should have a tough time putting up points on FSU with having no choice but to pass because Wake has a terrible run game and FSU's run D is fantastic.

I like this play more than the spread for the game. I feel that Bama will come out early and put a beating on this Vandy game and then slow down later. I like this halftime score to be something like 21-3 or 24-0.

Also, curious if you have any opinion on the Oklahoma/Texas game. I see you have Oklahoma in a teaser but any thoughts on Texas +10.5? On the surface it seems like a good value with the aggressive way Manny has that defense playing. If Texas has any success running the ball (like Missouri did) I think they can hang in there.

Yea, I actually am, but I won't be heading up until tomorrow morning. Should be a beatdown for sure. The perfect game for us to gain our confidence back. Yea, that line does have some value in Texas, but I'm not taking any chances on this line. I do like Oklahoma to win though
