First off, DJK is OUT!!!..........their best offensive player.

Secondly, this is bad line even if DJK were playing.

Thirdly, these rumors could very well become factual.



By the way, Iowa's Brandon Wegher who has sat out with personal problems, has declared he is transferring to a non-big ten school.

I've heard it could be McNutt.............which would not be surprising since he and DJK are very close friends.


DJK was living in a DRUG HOUSE that provided drugs to Iowa students.............think it would be silly to think that no Iowa football player bought some through DJK and his roommate.

The news conference appears to address the status of another RB other than WEGHER that will declare he is transferring.............but I'm sure the DJK matter will be discussed and also what more investigations are going on within the program. It is thought to believed that coach Ferentz has requested drug tests for all of his players.


It appears now that RB JEWELL HAMPTON may also be transferring ..................

Kind of a friend of a friend kind of thing. It comes from the Iowa Athletic Department though. There's a press release coming out this afternoon, and a pc scheduled for later this week. The pc is said to be about Wegher transferring though.

From what I can gather, press conference is coming within the next two hours............

Again, my guess is going to be the official transfer indications of WEGHER and HAMPTON..............and coach stating they are currently doing internal drug testing with results later in the week.

I've read as you indicated that up to 11 players FAILED or REFUSED drug tests, if true, they will be suspended from bowl game and possibly kicked off the team................WOW!

So again, what we have right now is this........

1. DJK 100% GONE
2. WENGER and HAMPTON, 100% and 75% confirmed on transferring
3. Better than 50% chance that 1-11 players will be suspended for bowl game

Yeah it's just terrible circumstances for the Iowa football team. I can't understand how that line is still up and since it is why it's still at Mizzou -1. If all this plays out and Iowa loses it's starting runningback, both starting receivers, and one their stud defensive ends that line should move closer to a touchdown. I just don't see how Iowa is going to be able to score with Mizzou. I mean they already have had problems scoring this year with all those guys active.
