I told you that you had no clue, and I was right. I do not know how much money you threw away on this game. USC wore out, as I correctly predicted. Stay out of the Pac 10 Houli. Obviously it is not your strongest suit.

Fellas, sure Oregon covered and it seemed easy and you guys won. But 90% of the posts in this thread were very, very square responses. The Pac-10 guy was the only person who really seemed to know what he was talking about and backing Oregon. The rest seemed like "Ya Oregon is good they score lots of points, Oregon rolls." The bottom line is if you play the road favorite on Saturday nights on National TV in conference you are going to come out a loser. Houlihans knows this it just didn't work out this week.

This is a bit of a misconception. They're are built on technique and execution...and they do it at an incredible rate. A little different than finesse. You have a good point that they haven't always played as well on grass, but they still put up over 40 last year at stanford on grass. This will not be the reason they lose if they do, trust me.

might be the worst bet you could make. look at Oregon's 2nd half stats this year, and the stats from last years SC game. This is about Oregon's execution and the speed at which they do it VS USC's lack of defensive discipline. This may not show up a ton until the 2nd half when players start to fatigue both mentally and physically. I see oregon winning this game in the 3rd quarter.

SC's passing d is horrendous and Oregon ran all over them last year. Oregon's d on the other hand didn't give up a single point in the 2nd half vs a talented stanford offense.

so it's much more so that they don't have the defense to outscore oregon.
