I think they're going by the pinkshirts this year. Take a look at the gaudy numbers NU has given up on the ground this year and they haven't faced a RB anywhere near as good as Daniel Thomas. He is probably the best RB in the Big 12 and one of the best in the nation. I'm looking for KState to play ball control tonight and keep it close. If KState can make Martinez throw instead of run they could definitely pull the upset.

A majority of the bets are on Nebraska, but the line is moving down (making it more attractive to bet on Nebraska). If you believe that the books are interested in equalizing the money on both sides of the game (as I believe is the case in most games), then this means that the bigger bets are on Kansas State. This is why people will tell you that this line movement means the sharps are on Kansas State.

I think K State has a chance in this game, and I was leaning toward a play on them early on at +12. I think I'll sit it out though, and watch some baseball and cook dinner. Nebraska has a damn good team.

If they can make Martinez throw instead of run??????? How do you propose that they will do that? Martinez is the leading QB rusher in the country with Burkhead and Helu behind him as options if they key on Martinez. KState will give up 250+ on the ground which will allow for some play action passes making it a really long night for the KState faithful. A wakeup call for sure. If Kstate gets behind and has to throw to keep up that will result in pressure and INTs.
