    CFB Smart Money Moves?
Here are 3 CFB games for this week where there has been "reverse" line movement in relation to the percent of bets on these teams:

    Code:
    Team Bet%	Open	Current
    Fresno State	31	+4.5	+3
    Connecticut	15	+5.5	+4
    Colorado State	18	+6.5	+5.5

I do like Colorado State. Not sure if that is smart or not.

        LT profits,

technically the Fresno St. game opened at 6, but I get the point of the thread...

          pags,

I use the openers on sbrlines (pinny).

I see that you got down during the 13-minute opening window at CRIS. That's why You Da Man!

Does anyone still like that Fresno St. play at +3? Does the reverse movement indicate Vegas wants you to play the other way?

Generally speaking, it means that the so-called "sharps" bet big money on the dog, enough to move the line the opposite way despite the favorite having a higher percentage of bets.

That said, the sharps are not always sharp.

thanks LT profits...I think you bring up some good points...people should monitor not just line movements themselves, but also betting percentages tied to these line movements...excellent stuff here...

I really don't know what to make of that Colorado St. team these days. Their record is awful... Their playing extremely bad... and their coach was on record to saying he was going to quit at some point.

So the percentages listed on the betting trend, isn't the amount of money bet, but just the number of people that have bet?
