Nebraska -2.5 (best bet)
Perhaps the most underrated team in the country at this point. Outplayed Virginia Tech @ VA Tech for most of the entire game, only to lose at the very end. Has consistently came out and dominated every other week. It should be noted that the past 2 years in this game, Missouri has had 2 weeks to prepare and Nebraska 1, whereas this year both had the 2 weeks. This game means everything to NU, who have been bullied by this mizzou team for too long. Namcock Suuuuuu comes in and smacks them in the mouth. Seriously, he's going to be ripping people's heads off.
Indiana +6.5
Indiana are a spirited bunch with a nice little offense. They nearly pulled off an upset against Michigan in a game that demonstrated the capabilities of their offense. As such, they play a Virginia team coming off a very emotional win against a conference foe in North Carolina. Indiana's offense keeps them in the game, and I'm taking the pts.
Ball St +14
Yes, they are 0-5. However, despite their rocky start, the team has shown promise the past few weeks and become much more competitive (note: competitive does not mean good, it means showing signs of life and having a chance to win, which they have). I have a hard time believing a Temple team should be laying 14 pts in this spot, coming off of 2 very big wins. Temple won't score enough to cover that great a spread.
Oklahoma -23.5
This play is all about my belief in the Sooner program. As a Texas fan, I have a hard time being un-biased toward the Okie's. The loss of Robert Griffin for Baylor is tremendous and we will see it play out in this game. If he is in this game, Baylor has a shot at winning and pulling off an upset. Without him, the Sooners defense will have a welcome respite from the previous Miami game. Don't kid yourself. This team is still a juggernaut capable of putting up 40 to 50 pts on most teams in the country. They'll do that here against the Bears at home.
