You missed my earlier post. What Blount did was enexusable. He should be kicked off the team for doing it. His animal act after the game was the final straw. But the game was over......the Boise State kid shouldn't have taunted. Even his coach was about to smack him after he popped off...but Blount beat him to it.

That fat boise dude shouldnt have taunted but at the same time Blount shouldntve socked him in the jaw. Maybe pushed him, but no punches should be thrown. He should be suspended. Honestly though after a heated game like that Id prolly hit someone if they came up to me hittin me in the shoulder and talkin sh*t. Blount was obviously frustrated. Could you tell? Lol.

thats a tough one i wouldnt be surprised if he did have to sit out the year... going after opponents is one thing, even going after your own teammates but going after the fans thats just crazy. Im listening to a station right now and they are saying this isnt blount's first bad decision. Hes being compared to Ron artest.

Outside of the Artest thing in Detroit and a couple of boxing meltdowns, it's one of the strangest things I've ever seen in a sporting event.

It looked like a sucker punch at first but the Boise kid slapped blounts pads and said something to Blount... Then looked away as to play it off which was weak if your going to talk shit and touch a guy theres a good chance theres going to be some kind of response from the guy you've just touched/talked shit to. The boise player got what was coming to him for starting that. Next time im sure he'll keep and eye on the guy he just touched/talk shit to or better yet he should just keep his mouth closed and enjoy his teams win.

My guess is the Boise State guy's days of trash talking are probably over after tonight. I do think Blount sucker punched him. If you look at the video, after the kid touched Blounts pad and said whatever he said, Peterson got in the kids face and distracted him. He never saw the punch coming.

You think just one game? I'm thinking a lot more. When you take into account the punch, the fight with his teammates and him nearly going into the stands that's real bad.

Add to that the fact the game was on national TV AND the Pac-10 commisioner was on the sidelines. Blount picked a bad night for a meltdown. I think his Oregon career is over.

I also think Boise State's coach will suspend his kid for a game. Just a hunch.
