Stanford would have been amazing in the playoffs. That 2nd loss killed them. Still better than MSU or Oklahoma.

Stanford might be better than Michigan State (that would be a close game) but I still think Oklahoma would beat them, and I don't believe they'd fare well against either Bama or Clemson.
