Looking like Miss St and ND gonna be tough ones. GL

Yeah, Duke loses to WF and NW and had no offense in those games, but they show up against ND. I thought I was safe when ND took a 35-28 lead mid way thru the 4th.

Wk.4 Parlay results: 0-3 for a $-850 day.
I really thought I would be slightly on the + side today but ND took a big shit on my day!!!
Par.A: Lost $-500
Par.B: Lost $-250
Par.C: Lost $-100
YTD Total: (5-11) $-1516 {should be 7-9 record and $-586, due to Ok.St. ruling error, still in the negative though}
Mets, I'm your buddy--I am cheering for you.
And as gamblers we accept that variance and bad calls are part of this.
It's time to eliminate your disclaimer...{should be 7-9 record and $-586, due to Ok.St. ruling error, still in the negative though}.
If you would have won on a bad call, you would not be posting that.....you're only including it because you lost.
Let it go, man. It's over, and the disclaimer doesn't work.

Hey Electrons,
I will let it go going forward from now. I usually do let the losses go rather fast, but this was an extremely odd situation that I couldn't believe happened.
In the past, on this thread, I have mentioned several times where I got lucky but only on the result post. No hard feelings on my end, and I'm sure you feel the same.
Good Luck going forward!!!

Yes you are right. Even if ND won, I would have still lost $-50 on the day.

Mets , honestly- I like to bust chops FRIENDLY!!! It's all good.
For the record. I can recite my 10 worst bad beats---easily--they stick with me. The wins I forget. The losses haunt me.

You hit that right on the head with the bad beats.
It's like being married, she remembers the 1 f-up you made, but forgets the 19 nice things you did!!!!

Well, it was a bittersweet day. The Mets are in the playoffs for the 2nd straight yr., but San Diego St. let me down on the C parlay. Still a positive day though. I will admit I did not like Baylor or Pitt. enough to use in the C parlay (they both won), so I go and throw in S.D.St. to increase the payout. My own fault there.
On a side note, I just wonder how good this Mets team could have been this year without the ridiculous amount of injuries they had
I thought you were good once Clemson escaped, but Houston, Toledo both had close games as well.c
Virginia Tech. Ouch. A home dog of 20+ hadn't won since 2012. Kansas almost did it last week though against TCU. But it had been a usual once a year occurrence each year prior to that.
I think in theory, ML betting now should have value at some spots - because there's more information available now, than 10 years ago - especially advanced stats, so when a team is favored by 20+ that should be a more legit number than prior years so there should be fewer upsets. And we've seen that in the last 5 years at least. But tough one on V Tech. Hard to dig out of holes unless you up your bet amount and then you risk really getting lit up.

Same here with thinking I was good once Clemson escaped and won.
After V.Tech tied the game at 17, it seemed good because they were moving the ball easy, but it has been a season with many upsets so far and V.Tech became a victim. ( V.Tech was so much better then Cuse, statistically, but on the field they laid an egg.)
I do have a hole to dig out of now, but I do not think I'll increase my amounts, referencing what you mentioned.
Hopefully I have a hot streak for the several wks.

My friend, your problem is this. You keep using the same 5 or 6 teams in all of your parlays. If one of those teams lose, you are finished for the day. Unless you go suicidal, the best you can probably do is break even for the season. It is not going to get any easier. Try a little more variety in your picks. Take less teams.

I understand what your saying. The teams in every parlay are what I think shouldn't lose, but they are. Maybe I will spread it around like you noted.

I have that feeling too. I'm thinking it could Louisville.
Still having trouble uploading either a copy & paste or a screen shot. Says file to big or invalid file. Everything I'm trying is within the parameters. Any ideas?

Wk.8 Parlays: 0-2 for a $-1000 day.
Parlay B: Lost $-500
Parlay C: Lost $-500
Just a bad season for me period. Was only going to use Houston in the B play and put N.Ill in, but Ohio St lost in the C play so mute point.
I'm at decision time, debating to call it or give it one week.
