Finished in the red last year. Got a bit out of my zone I think by going with too many sides. Totals are more my niche, so sticking with them only & attempting to be uber selective. I too like this under. I just do not like how it sets up though.
The team that is using only about 10-15 secs of the time clock is ahead by a large margin. The flip side is the team using virtually every sec of the play clock, and is behind by a mile.
This translate into that team from behind needing to go one dimensional and hurry up their offense. Which tends to add more plays and that may lead to points.
The deciding factor for me is the red zone stop that resulted in a FG, and the one Tenn TD was really from a turnover.
