Season ticket holder and current student here. Not a homer pick. I went 4-2 last season in the 6 games I played (two times taking the other team). I'm 1-1 this year (lost the opening as I didn't think they would cover the -40 on opening day). Rice is good this year so we probably won't smack them the way we usually do but I just don't see UH losing this game.

Get it before the line moves. If you want to fade wait until Saturday, you'll probably get +3

I agree! Class of 2001, here. No homer pick...Just reality.... Houston will get those TD scores in The Red-Zone, this week. Defense will be pumped, based on the offensive production of UofH. "Run them to exhaustion", is pretty much what I expect. I would take Houston -14, if I had to.

Houston has played a FCS team and what could well be the worst FBS team (0-3 Temple). Their stats are totally inflated. Rice hung with Texas A&M for a while and defeated Kansas. I would NOT give any points here. Obviously A&M is 20 times better than Houston is. Pass.

This is a good team with a future NFL QB in David Fales and Utah St. just came from a hard fought game at USC where they covered for most of the game and lost in the 4th. Q by a field goal. They have to go to San Jose now and I really see them with a little mixture of let down/look ahead factor (BYU next week).

San Jose is gonna be pumped, I see them covering the 9.5 and maybe even winning outright.
