Meyer, Tressel it doesn't matter. OSU seems to squeak out every close game on their way to undefeated seasons. It's crazy!

I was gun shy after a rough morning so didn't play anything else today. Thank god. That Northwestern ending would have been a typical way to lose it.

Take a break man. After betting a lot of games over the past two years I have really toned it down. I used to be an action junkie but after a while I didn't even care if I won or lost. It almost became boring. I was just betting to have action and when I won I didn't even enjoy it because I was ready for the next game.

There are a lot of other things to enjoy in life other than sweating out every minute of every game all to be up or down a few hundred bucks at the end of the year. Even if you end up say 2k, it's really not worth it for all the time spent doing it.

It's extremely time consuming and things like tonight are just pure examples that we're betting on coinflips a lot of the time and paying juice.

If people could only play the games that really have an angle on they could be successful but who are we kidding? We are all greedy and the action junkie in us takes over.

I don't know how many times there were 1-2 games I was looking forward to because I knew they were winners, they won, and then I gave it back the same day because I bet on other games for action.

At the very least you could just fade select threads by select posters here and not worry about it. You've been here long enough to know how profitable this could have been the last two years.

I know all of this, Big D. And you're right. The question now is whether or not I can execute it. I feel like I can once the night is over, but then a new slate of lines pops up for the next day, and by gametime, I'm rolling.

I was down more than this midway through the college football season last year and wound up in the black. I can fight my way back. But damn, beats like this are nothing short of disheartening.

You know like I do how hard it is just to break even.

With that said, once I realized how much time this was taking away from me I quit with so much of the action plays.

Being up 1-2k, if that happens, at the end of the year is not worth the time lost doing this. I would rather set some money aside, fly to Vegas a few times a year, blow it at the tables while getting free drinks, and get it out of my system that way.

gl no coin! A&M can't stop a soul on defense. I think its only a matter of time before one of these SEC teams figures him out. Take away his security blanket in Evans and have a real athletic spy on him on defense and I think that's a start.
