I dont understand you people. Vegas posted 12 plays for today in here plus ncaab on daily basis and parlays. Im sure he put alot of time to do this and still there are questions every day. What do you think about this play and this parlay, blablablabla.

If Vegas allows them, it is because it is to their advantage. In this case, you are playing a 4 team parlay that should pay you $9600.00 at 12/1 but it is only paying you $826.00. You cannot win overall giving that much money away.

I completely agree. All these questions just clog the thread and are disrespectful to VR in my opinion. The man takes time and posts plenty of winners and asks nothing in return, but people don't seem satisfied with that. Plus, I'm sure these rando questions would get more views and feedback if posted as a separate thread, so it would benefit the questioners to separate them as well.

Actually, at the prices he listed the true parlay odds risking $800 is to win $826.02. You seem to have calculated based on -110 odds, but the picks weren't even propositions, they were favorites. And FWIW, 12-1 is wrong for 4 bets at -110, it should be slightly more. So were they even money, the payout would be not $9600, but $9826.65.

Your book is shorting you for what you seem to have been describing - VR got true odds.

When betting, does your book offer number next to the teams? 107 is the number that identifies the team at the book. It should read like this:

Your logic is wrong. The fact that money line parlays favor the bookie over a large sample size and a long time doesn't mean that individuals can't profit. Individuals don't place a million bets -- they place relatively few, which they cap and choose selectively, so they can still profit while the book also profits overall. If what you say is true no one would ever make any money from gambling ever, and we know that isn't the case. Vig only matters if you consider every bet a coin toss, which isn't the case with small samples.
