Pags' Plays 11/22

The LSU games scares me a bit, as I can see them jumping ahead early and not looking back. I've spent a lot of time breaking down LSU in the past few years, and this year is definitely the hardest to get a handle on. They have team speed and the athletes that few teams can match, which is why I am cautious on this game. If they actually had a QB.....they'd be a powerhouse.

I really like your NCST pick. I've had my eye on that game all week, and I'm not surprised that it is dropping. 10.5 still has value, up to -120 [for spongerat].

i never play on my boys! but they look like a small favorite in the atl, against the pachyderm's from alabama (the great hurmon munsun would say) do you ever make plays on your home boys?

Solid write-ups as always Pags. I absolutely LOVE how NC State is getting double digits here. Way too many points in this one, I see NC State losing by no more than a TD i this one, not to mention I wouldn't be surprised if they won this game straight up this weekend. Also loving Michigan St. getting 2 TD's plus, every since Penn St. lost to Iowa, it's not the same team and an underrated Michigan St. team should hang in this one.

I like the other ones as well, but those two look like your best bets this weekend.

Great write ups as always Pags. I was most worried about Ole Miss, but you made some great points here. Also, Nutt's Arkansas teams always gave LSU closer games than were expected just about every year and even pulled off a couple upsets.

if they had a D1 calibre QB they would be better and a contender for SEC but national title is a little far fetched.

The problem with LSU (outside of not having a QB) is that they get a heck of a pass rush, but they are weaker in the middle [intermediate passing] and take too many chances on defense.
