Hello,
I am sharing this to inform the community about a serious issue I experienced with my Caesars Casino account.
I made a $250 deposit and received an additional $250 welcome casino bonus, which was correctly credited to my account. I then started playing using this bonus balance.
After I began playing, I noticed a major problem. Many games—especially popular and well-known titles—would not allow me to play at all. When I attempted to open these games, the system showed my casino balance as $0, even though funds were clearly available in my account. These games were not listed on the ineligible games list for bonus wagering, yet I was blocked from playing them.
This is not a simple technical glitch. I am unable to play almost any popular or well-known game, despite having an active balance.
For example, in the Huff N’ Puff series, I was only allowed to play the oldest version of the game, while access to the newer versions was completely blocked. Because of these restrictions, I was effectively forced to play only a very limited number of games that were accessible to my account.
What makes this even worse is that every single game I was allowed to play showed extremely abnormal payout behavior.
To clarify the payout issue further:
I purchased free spins nearly 10 times, each costing approximately $9.50. Despite this, the maximum return I ever received was only $2–$3, and in many cases even less. I have shared screenshots of these results, and despite purchasing dozens of free spins, the outcome was consistently the same every time.
What is even more concerning is that regular spins paid significantly worse, but even during paid free spins, which are supposed to offer higher volatility and better payout potential, the returns remained extremely low.
Experiencing such consistently poor results — even on purchased free spins — goes far beyond normal variance. It is statistically unreasonable for this level of payout to occur dozens or even hundreds of times without wins. This cannot be explained by normal RTP behavior.
In summary:
- Games not listed as ineligible were inaccessible
- My balance was incorrectly shown as $0 on those games (as shown in screenshots)
- I was restricted to a very limited group of games
- All accessible games showed abnormally low payouts, suggesting manipulated payout behavior
I will be reporting this issue to the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection authorities.
I am posting this here to warn others, especially new players, and to see if anyone else has experienced a similar situation.
