Caesars states they are unable to disable the casino portion of it ‘s app. I find it hard to believe that a multi billion dollar company in 2025 isn’t capable to disable the casino portion of its app. I think it’s more of a “won’t” as opposed to “can’t”. Offshore books for decades, with far less capabilities and revenue, have been able to without a problem. If your reply is, “just don’t play it”, you would excel working at Caesars because those are the CS Reps replies every time. I just think Caesars is trash and unethical across the board, this confirms it.

I'm not certain why they would not do not that for you, but they might disable you totally if you are saying to them you have any sort of problem with gambling. And that might have something to do with it. Their legal situation isn't always clear to us.

They wouldn’t do it because they are unethical scumbags, plain and simple. And of course I acknowledge I have a problem with that part, reason I have requested casino to be closed numerous times. End result is I will just close my account altogether.

It sounds as though you might need to move on as you do not have the willpower to stay out of the casino there. Yes, they are being predatory with you and taking advantage of your casino leak but you have to take some accountability as well as it is your choice to continue giving them business. Is there a good reason you are staying there and putting yourself at risk? I had a very bad online casino habit years back and know how ugly it can get at times. Why not move on and only allow yourself to play at books that disable the casino?

Yeah, you’re right and thanks for the advice. I lost another deposit today in their casino, usual process, never ahead and only went a few spins over the bare minimum of the deposit I made. I would be better to just set my money on fire, would be less stressful.

I hope you do that, Steelers. If a book does not do the right thing, it is up to you to protect yourself at that point.

A good exercise for me was forcing myself to take a loss without going to the casino to try and win it back. That was my pattern and learning to take a daily loss and move onto the next day worked for me in time. I wanted to win every day but that is just not reality. The sun will rise tomorrow my friend!
