Logged in and money gone = $25,000ish

When I logged in this morning all my money is missing, $25kish. Has this happened to anyone else?

At first I assumed it was some sort of glitch on the app, but chat won't confirm they see the money and will get back to me in 24 hours. Placed a few $100 wagers last night and everything went through fine. I've been using Caesars for around 5 years issue free. Haven't made a deposit or withdrawal in months. I see no withdrawals in recent history and no additional open bets.

Have you left a significant balance sitting in your account for a long time? Without a heap of betting being done? With your long betting history and no notice or explanation i would guess you have been flagged to be checked for source of funds/wealth.

If so, you should hear from someone asking for extra info within a day or two usually.

Took a few days, but was related to the AWS situation. Money in showing now.
