A few questions from a relatively inexperienced MMA bettor
First off, I have been betting on MMA for about a year and a half. I know the sport well and have had moderate success thus far. I am looking into a unit system for betting. My bankroll currently sits a shade under $700. I use Bovada for betting (I know, it sucks but I also play some poker on there so it works out well enough).

Given my current bankroll, what dollar amount should I designate as a unit? Furthermore, what should I set my max bet at? I have bet as much as 150 on a fight, far too high for my bankroll but I was supremely confident. But as it stands now, I feel that a unit should be $10 and a 5u max is sufficient. Am I on the right track?

Thanks for all the help. Continue to make fun of the other newbie's thread.

Technically your wagers should be no larger than 2% of your bankroll
