There's an Armenian on the cast of middleweights. Wonder if he's fluent in Portuguese.

Right off the bat I spot a bunch of really really small middleweights. We might as well call this the welterweight season.

I think it's stupid how the show gets guys from a lower weight class competing every season... After the show ends, most of the contestants go back to their original weight class. The list is endless. I'm sure there are enough legit fighters in that weight class for them to get smaller guys. But the smaller guys, like Jonathan Brookins and Jon Dodson, usually end up winning... but still- the right guys at the right weight deserve the opportunity.

Yup... Drinaldo fighting 2 weight classes up from his usual.
So does this mean the rumours are true and the UFC straight up signed Hacran Dias?

Ok fawkers, sh*t's airing live via a TUF.tv stream for now (no word on the Fuel airing yet)... set your reminders...
Additionally, the matchups are set for the show's elimination round of fights.
"TUF: Brazil," which 16 featherweight and 16 middleweight fighters from Brazil, is currently in production in the South American country. Unlike the new live season in the U.S., the Brazil version – which features Wanderlei Silva and Vitor Belfort as coaches – is taped and pre-packaged.
The first episode of "TUF: Brazil" debuts Sunday evening on Globo following "Big Brother" in Brazil. The start time will fluctuate slightly from week to week due to the reality show, but UFC officials said it'll stream on TUF.tv each week at 11:30 p.m. ET (8:30 p.m. PT).
Additionally, FUEL TV will air the series at some point, but no dates or airtimes have been confirmed. It's now expected to air later this spring or summer.
The 16 elimination-round matchups set for the debut include:
Middleweights
Leonardo Mafra Teixeira (5-0) vs. Samuel Trindade (6-1)
Daniel Sarafian (7-2) vs. Richardson Moreira (3-0)
Francisco Drinaldo (10-1) vs. Charles Maicon (8-1)
Delson Heleno (23-6) vs. Gilberto Galvao (19-4-1)
Sergio Moraes (6-1) vs. Thiago Rela (3-1)
Cezar Ferreira (4-2) vs. Gustavo Sampaio (5-1)
Joao Paulo de Souza (8-4) vs. Thiago de Oliveira Perpetuo (8-1-1)
Renee Forte (7-1) vs. Fabio Luiz Vital da Costa (9-0-1)
Featherweights
Alexandre Ramos (5-0) vs. Hugo Viana (5-0)
Giovanni da Silva Santos Jr. (10-1) vs. John Teixeira (13-0-1)
Marcos Vinicius Borges Pancini (19-3-1) vs. Pedro Nobre (10-0-1)
Rodrigo Damm (9-5) vs. Fabricio de Assis Costa da Silva (14-1)
Rony Mariano Bezerra (10-3) vs. Dileno Lopes (8-0)
Anistavio Medeiros (12-7) vs. Rafael Bueno (7-1)
Wagner Campos (11-3) vs. Fernando Duarte Guerra (10-1)
Godofredo Pepey (8-0) vs. Johnny Goncalves (4-0)
All the elimination-round winners become official cast members and will compete in the show's tournaments. Silva vs. Belfort, as well as the two tourney finals, are slotted for UFC 147. The event takes place in June in either Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo. Fellow Brazilian and middleweight champ Anderson Silva headlines the event opposite Chael Sonnen.
Daniel Sarafian, the Brazilian raised Armenian won his fight into the house via Decision, even though he lost 2pts due to an illegal knee strike in the first round. Amazing!

Forgot their names. One was a Texeria.
But I like the 185er who is a world BJJ champ. I doubt he wins, one of the better strikers will prolly KO him. But I like him.
Then the one 145er from North Brazil. Seems to not talk at all. He was a Texeria.
I expected "****" and "****" to get to final anyway!

I didn't want to know, either. At all. But I knew for a fact there was no way it would be possible for me to avoid finding out.
If any of you thought you could have made it to the final episode without finding out, then you're fools.
You'd have to avoid all MMA sites.
But anyway, I edited.

Can someone give me some good MMA sites, other than MMAJunkie. I go on Junkie everyday for any MMA news, but I would like a website with a more journalistic approach (i.e more interviews, analysis of fights and fighters, reports on certain camps and prospects, etc.)

Most mma websites are trash much like the posters here like ghost_kid. mmafighting is probably the nicest one with real writing.

Agree that mmafighting is the best site for exclusive articles/interviews. Fighters only magazine is good for publications.

not airing on fuel tv until a later date. if you want to watch live (or almost live), i think you have to watch on TUF.tv
