I know it isn't a popular opinion. But i honestly feel like if Brock wouldn't have had his insides rot out he would have been a title contender in the ufc for a long, long time.

The guy below, i don't think there is a heavyweight in the ufc he couldn't take down. Brock lesnar from tonight though? He couldn't have gotten Mir down. Not even close.

Will probably double up on Castillo right before fight time, hoping his line moves in my favor although I don't think it will move at all.

Going to also wait till last minute on an upset play with Vladdy over gustafson

Was gonna take diaz as a small upset play but I think cerrone got this and I have a hard time seeing how cerrone loses the striking match which I think will play out the entire 3 rounds.

Tempted to play fitch, I think hendricks is getting to much credit here but then again fitch hasn't impressed as of late and the new diet and his attitude might work against him.

I'm right with all of you guys so we can share our shitty nights experiences together. Lost big on Cerrone... down 12u. Reem, Hettes, Hendricks helped bring me up 6u, but it still was a losing night. I now know better than to put one guy in too many parlays. I think I had Cowboy in about 8 and he was the last leg for my payout. I went a step further by hedging with Diaz ITD (thinking sub or pitter patter accumulation TKO)... but that just sealed my fate and dropped me even further.

Is anyone taking Cerrone at this price? I think Diaz is great over +200. His losses come from when he faces the superior wrestler or is is undersized / the weaker man @ 170. I think he gives Cerrone, who's been fighting like a man possessed, more than he can handle. Nate's more way durable than all of the UFC guys Cerrone has walked though since the WEC folded. It can be argued Nate has better hands, albiet a less diverse striking assault. Nate's submission game tops Cerrone's.

Maybe there's something I'm forgetting, but I don't know how Cerrone has become so much of a favorite considering Nate's skillset.

Cerrone hype is getting out of control. I don't like saying that because I really like the dude, but even if he wins this fight, I doubt it will be a convincing enough performance to warrant being as heavy of a favorite as he is. I think that Cerrone will have to be on his absolute A game to even scrape a 29 28, while Diaz has every chance to finish this fight. To each their own, if I hadn't placed a wager on this fight then I would be hoping for a draw.

Definitely top 3 in 2011 w/ Leben (+150?) over Wand being one of the other two (again, just from my own pre-fight vantage point). All I'm doing is updating my picks and add ons, finalizing my wins / losses for the night, and reflecting on the event - just like I do in every main thread for the events - just as most other people do in other threads... I bumbed / updated my horrible strikeforce masvidal / gil turn out - I do it for all my plays - win or lose. At least i've honestly posted all my picks in the actual amounts I play and don't bulllshit like a lot of people do on here.
