no no... it should be ruled a TKO because that's what bruce buffer said. Even if he were to make a mistake it doesn't matter. The words from his mouth are the official decision and will be upheld.

Now a TKO does not have to be decided by strikes either. Here is the definition: A technical knockout (also referred to as a T.K.O.) is declared when the referee, official ring physician, the fighter, or the fighter's cornermen decide that a fighter cannot safely continue the match.

So, it was a correct TKO decision by Herb Dean. A broken arm does not mean it was a submission. I am only trying to state the rules/definitions.

Dont think the Euro books will pay up. My bets on Mir by TKO/KO where on Paddy, Skybet and Unibet. They are still pending on Unibet and Paddy, but skybet have credited it as a loss so I'm gonna have to kick up a fuss with them but they never back-down
