If there's any ref to complain about it's Herb Dean. He referees much to relaxed and often is out of position and allows 1 or 2 extra punches to land when the fighter is already out.

The issue here hels is it is very hard not to connect to the back of the head once in a flurry like that when an opponent is covering up and moving around. It happens often inadvertently yet never enforced.
