DONT bet on UFC this weekend.. gamble on Bellator 51
**ODDS** Bellator 51 - Bantamweight Quarterfinals
    Do you guys like money?

    Alexis Vila +130
    Joe Warren -170

    Marcos Galvao -155
    Chase Beebe +110

Warren is fighting a 40 year old dude. I don't know much about him but Warren is a dog and has shown a great chin and relentless style.

Galvao arguably beat warren in their match negating most of Warren's takedowns and getting a couple of his own. He has a world champion in BJJ and Beebe won't be able to outgrapple him.

Dont be a fool and gamble on this weekends UFC. The favorites are too high and the underdogs have a very slim chance of winning. Jon Jones is just improving wayy too fast for Rampage. Matt hughes is on his way out and is getting ready to retire. Sucks that it has to be Koscheck to put him out.

and exactly who is lewis mckenzie again?.....this guy`s k.o.`s are extremely misleading...granted,i`ve only seen 2 fights, but, the vids i saw were both him showing raw rudimentary stand-up and getting his stoppages via g&p after takedowms......mostly at 125........

he`s gonna have a much, much rougher time bullying a naturally bigger warren....but maybe he`s just that great a wrestler.....

                really interesting match-up...strength vs strength...

You're exactly right, Vila hasn't fought anyone. Although, unless most prospects at his stage his opponents have winning records.

Betting on Warren because he's facing a 40 year old that you don't know much about isn't very smart. Betting on anyone even though you don't know about their opponent isn't very smart, unless its Minowaman.

Did he get beat in an elimination bout? Or maybe didn't get past the interview process?

Interesting. Wasn't aware that he tried out.

not interested in the main fights...

Who you guys got for dantes / reis??? Lots of hype behind dantes, but reis has beat some game dudes and is tough.

Anyone have a good breakdown or some info on this one???

What about Galvao / chase? Both these fights are evens, and probably rightly so, but if anyone thinks someone should be favored or have a nice breakdown, PLEASE POST IT. Normally I'd go with the stronger wrestler, but chases' effectiveness on the ground is usually from smooth offensive grappling - which I think will be ineffective against galvao. I actually think this comes down to who is better on the feet... Anyone certain of this? Because I think even if chase is on top on the ground he won't be effective, and if he is on his back / has galvao on top he will be in trouble....

I'm sorry I am not reseraching these more and/or posting a breakdown, I simply have very little time as of late. I'm currently student teaching 10th graders in world history and its the hardest most time consuming thing I've ever done haha, learning being a teacher ain't easy man!!

PLease tell me your reasoning, I'd like to know... I am torn on this fight and lean slightly toward galvao right now, but I'd love to hear your breakdown...thanks.

have to admit that i was stunned at rossborough`s size(i can`t believe that guy was 205)...and his skill....that guy`s nobody`s walkover......might be the biggest human being i`ve seen at 205...and he was fairly thick...was finding it hard to believe that the weight was correct...
what a great fight....i hope it doesn`t get lost in the shuffle with bellator and the ufc coming up tonight....

rossborough came out smoking...he`s pretty quick for a guy that size...and uber-aggressive....but i think we saw just how good l;arkin`s defense can be...he made rossborough miss often even given the size disparity and the sheer volume of strikes rossborough threw....

i noticed that rossborough is one of those guys that started his career slowly and has kind of matured with experience and now wins consistently(albeit vs ?? competition).....

i`d like to watch rossborough again vs lesser competiotion than larkin...cause larkin standing is a very, very talented guy....

Joe Warren in Bellator is akin to Omigawa in Sengoku. Vote on the judges, root for the home team.

Warren had it coming.... I should have known better. The wrestling completely canceled out here and the better more powerful striker won. I think Pitbull beats Warren when they rematch also. Poor guy was crying asking wtf happened after Vila made him do the frankenstein.

Rebney is overturning the fight outcome. Now saying that it was, in fact, Joe Warren that won by KO. Should've known.
