    Agbeko vs. Mares
I'm really looking forward to this fight. Money has been coming in hard on Mares. Agbeko at +165 can be found. Normally I'd think this would be a great price, but the issue of him passing out a couple months back is probably going to keep me from putting any money down.

Regardless, this should be an all-action fight.

kermit cintron is in a must win situation on friday night fights after his dreadful preformance a few weeks back vs molina(who is better than antwone smith,imo)........

i suspect that cintron will be more focused here and might use him in a small par.....small because he was horrid vs molina....smith can`t hurt him and is giving away decent height and reach advantages....suspect cintron may have looked past molina(don`t know why, molina comes to fight every time out),but, that aside,he`d better show friday night or he becomes a stepping stone...

Agbeko +190 is what Ill be taking for tomorrow night, i think he is the stronger puncher and has a tougher chin and will not be pushed back by mares. It is definately going to be an exciting fight.

He supposedly had a tough weight cut. Weighed in over, and had to come back 45 minutes later after cutting.

I figured something like that happened. After the weigh-in the line moved 25 cents in an hour... that created some good betting opportunities.

He missed weight by 2 tenths of a pound. Its not like he was over that much. However, I lean Mares.

Lol Agbeko wont win, boxing's my thing, +190 really isnt enough value to be betting on Agbeko, Mares will win and could win by stoppage if he presses it.

I see Agbeko at +215, that weigh-in must have scared the daylights out of a whale or two

The line has been moving steadily all week, even before the weighin. -170 for mares was available initially, was -240 on thursday.

Dude, -135 was available for a time in Vegas. I've got a massive scalp on this one. Walking over to the Hard Rock now to watch this... at the very least I know I'll get my money's worth. Agbeko never disappoints for an action fight.

Nice, good luck. I thought I scored with Mares by decision at EV.

You gotta take boxing politics into play, I do it all the time. I didnt see Mares losing unless he got KO'ed, and I didnt forsee a KO by the hands of Agbeko. I took boxing politics into play also when I bet Devon Alexander to win his last fight in which he probably should have lost.

horrible refereeing. i liked the way the announcer put the ref on blast while still in the ring, in front of the entire crowd. that is the first time i have ever seen a ref have to look at the replay and give his opinion live. he should've just said he was wrong, that last low blow was complete bullshit. mares looked like he caught more than a few stingers to the face

You should watch Showtime more then, they always try to have the ref watch tape after controversy.

Could have been a draw if the ref took a point for a low blow instead of calling it a KD. But its not like it cost Agbeko a win just a push/draw.

Just means they would have found another round to give to Mares, Agbeko wasn't gonna win unless he KO'ed him, its called boxing politics.
