both macdonald and barao did disappoint me. Considering macdonals last fight it wasnt a shock t but i hoped barao could finish him.

both were VERY disappointing.

barao showed mediocre striking and couldn't pass guard or land any real ground and pound.

mcdonald was looking WAAAAAAY too hard for the KO, and showed just terrible fight IQ.

Yee Macdonald showed his inexperience and naivety. Luckily he was smart enough to get a couple takedowns in last 10 seconds of first and second round, but he should of looked for more takedowns earlier on in rounds. I thought after tht fight with Figueroa which ended up being a lot closer then it seemed after the first round dominance that he'd of learnt a lesson and been more eager to guarantee the decision.
