This could be Aoki showing off that new ground n' pound he's been talking about.

Does he know how to throw elbows? He's bony, he could cut Beerbohm

If Aoki gets top position, he'll use the ground and pound to open up Beerbohm's defenses and secure a submission. He's not finishing Fancy Pants with elbows.

With that said, Beerbohm's stand-up isn't a whole lot better than Aoki's, so this play may represent a bit of value in that regard.
