Lashley is such a coward. Griggs stole his thunder and ran off with it. Lashley's first opponent for this card was such a nobody that the guy disappeared without a trace and now they got this Ott guy, a bigger nobody, and that's how Lashley wanted it. He probably told the promoters "No Griggs-type guys, check these guys out real good first, no PT firefighters".

It's sad that people really feel this way. I know that Lashley is a lot better than people think he is. He will never be a top 10 Heavyweight.. but he was legit sick in the Griggs fight and I have no doubt he'd smash him in a rematch.

As Griggs said, why was Lashley so energetic and explosive in the first half of the fight, if he was fighting with mono? Griggs made Lashley work and Lashley gassed, even without the ref stand-up, gassed Lashley wasn't gonna finish.
