Don't think they will give Roop the title shot even if he wins. The reason why Hominick would though is because he's Canadian. I could be wrong though.. if Roop wins in convincing fashion (i.e. another huge head kick), we could have ourselves a fight.

yeah you're right, I doubt they'd give Roop a title shot even if he wins but I was just imagining if he did get a shot. I think it would be one of the biggest mismatches in a while. That's the trouble with including Aldo in the P4P rankings.... I have no problem with people ranking him #1 or in the top three, I'm amazed with his skills, but the fact is he reigns over a relatively weak division at the moment.

Exactly. That's twice now that MacDonald has had an easy fight canceled. I was going to unload on MacDonald against Brown but that got canceled. Now this one got canceled too. I still like MacDonald, but it will only be a small play if the odds are right.
