Todd Duffee cut from the UFC

Wow, I dident see this one coming, im very surprised . Duffee won his first fight in the UFC on record time 7 seconds and lost his second fight after dominating the whole time until he got knocked-out.
The official reason for why they are releasing him is that he lost his last fight. This guy was expected to become one of the top fighters of the HW division and be a serious contender for the title, so cutting him makes no sense, there has to be some unknown reason. I hope they re-sign him in the future.

yeah it doesn't really make sense to me... have a feeling something happened we are unaware about. He is still young though. I'm sure this isnt the last we will see of him in the UFC

Wow, if thats true then he lost the opportunity of a lifetime over some stupid shit, a lot of people would kill to be in the position he had fighting in the UFC. If he waste it like that then its good that someone else that might appreciate it gets the opportunity to take his place. But if he gets his act togheter in the future we can see him again in the UFC unlike Semtex. Damn I really liked Paul Daley before that incident.

ufc probably got tired of his ego and bitching.... every interview you see he has a ego like no other.... also remeber when he bashed dana on twitter for making fun of his previous job working at DQ


anyways, should hopefully get on shark fights,bellator,strikeforce, mfc,dream....lots out there, it most definitly not the end of the world being cut from the ufc... might actually make more money

Unbelievable what that loss did for him, he would probably be groomed moving forward if he doesn't blow his last fight at the end.

He looked like a stud for 98% of his first two fights. That 2% though showed that he has no chin. That's all it takes.

You aren't going to whip Brock Lesnar, Shane Carwin, Cain Valezquez, JDS, etc w/o a chin. This guy has potential, but his ceiling is limited.
