Sonnen talks like he's some kinda wrecking machine but he has 11 fights in the WEC/UFC with a record of 7-4, and of those 7 wins he's finished ZERO fights in these two organizations

Yep, and nearly all of his losses are by submission, it wouldn't surprise me if a good chunk of Anderson Silva's training right now consists of drilling submissions off his back.
