Yeah he resorted to calling him (and Edgar) midgets. I like the dude; nobody self-promotes in a more believable manner than Conor but his motives are pretty transparent.

Mendes would be a disastrous fight for him. I think Mendes is the cat to dethrone Aldo in a rematch. If he's +200 territory again, I'd hit it hard. Aldo is breaking down and Mendes has the motor and wrestling to swing the fight in his favour if he can avoid Aldo's power early.

I hope Conor gets a slick striker like Koch, Cub or Poirier who can mix it up. FOTY material.

Going to have to disagree with you here. Aldo is consistently the most skilled fighter in the UFC IMO, and he'll be near-unstoppable when he goes to 155.

I'd forgotten that Kampmann locked in a reasonably tight guillotine early on in 1st round which Condit escaped by transitioning to side control (Hitman didnt have a closed guard so no control of Condit's hips)...

This is why I stopped playing rugby when I was younger! Ridiculous sport....used to play against this guy Courtney Lawes when I was at school and he was just a tall skinny blackkid who couldnt catch the ball, nowadays he's one of the scariest beasts in rugby...6ft7 and 260lbs!...
