I think I may have posted similar thoughts in a previous thread, but I'm staying away from this fight. Cotto got beaten so badly in his last fight that I worried about permanent damage. Also, at a higher weight he's unlikely to have the same power that he once did.

From someone who doesn't follow boxing closely, I was thinking the same thing. Everyone knows Cotto, and when you see him fighting in NYC against a boxer you are not familiar with, it jumps out at you. Seeing line under -200 made me think right off bat that this is trap line.

I am betting on Yuri but I do know that he has been doing many other things in the last 5 months than training. He has a different life planned out for him after he retires. He has been very busy with other things in his life. No matter what I will be rooting for him and I hope he does well.
