walker would beat him for one hes improving im not sure kimbo even works out with ATT pros at coconut creek bjj blackbelts everywhere guy doesnt know how to get to guard or hip escapes. you would think he would take advantage of the best bjj school in america but no

id take kimbo over walker probably

Im sure walker is better than his last fight but not by much. The walker that fought nagy isnt going to manhandle kimbo, thats for sure.

Then there is striking, you cant even compare the too because they are worlds apart. Kimbo would light walker up on the feet. Kimbo is natural puncher, walker had to force it in his fight with nagy, i cant imagine it being much better.

this is true but how many swings can kimbo get in before he gets gassed and his striking is useless as in last fight? people keep saying kimbo is too old but i think this is an excuse as he is 36, while anderson silvas 35 and dominating everyone. i wonder if kimbo

Kimbo trains cardio, probably as much or more then most guys. A lot of cardio is genetic, same as punching power and quickness. you can improve any of the 3 through hard training, but there is a ceiling for everyone. Some guys can run cross-country and do marathons without having to train hard. Other guys have to train there ass off to be able to run a couple miles without a break. You can improve your cardio through training, but just like punching power and quickness, some guys have it, and some guys don't.

If it's going to happen it will be in Strikeforce which is why I said in my original post "make it happen Scott Coker". In-fact he was asked about this very match up on sherdog radio today.

Another fighter who might be left at the wayside following Saturday’s event is Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson. Though a ratings juggernaut for every network that has carried his fights, White said the promotion plans to drop the 36-year-old former Internet streetfighting sensation following his sobering second-round defeat at the hands of “Ultimate Fighter” castmate Matt Mitrione. Sherdog.com has not been able to immediately reach Slice’s management to confirm or refute his release form the UFC.

Still, with the prospect of Slice possibly back on the market, a proposed matchup between the Bahamian-born fighter and Strikeforce’s golden goose, NFL legend Herschel Walker, is quickly gaining steam.

“You’re like the sixth person who’s contacted me saying, ‘Hey, you have to put together Herschel Walker vs. Kimbo Slice,’” Coker shared. “The thing is with Kimbo is he was successful with the ratings, but when we purchased (the contracts) from Pro Elite, the deal at that time (for Kimbo), we felt was too rich for long-term viability…We haven’t revisited it internally yet, so as of right now I think we’re going to stick with our course, which is putting on the best fighters in the world in the best matchups.”

However, Coker added that Strikeforce would continue to both seek out and keep talent that enriches the company’s long-term strategy.

“The fighters that are important to develop our reach and growth, and are important to Showtime and CBS, we’re going to keep those fighters,” said Coker. “We’ve proven that we can stay in the game at the highest level with these athletes because believe me, Fedor (Emelianenko) is not a cheap fighter.”

On a side note it sounds like Fedor and M1 are trying to bleed dry another organization

Coker is just waiting to get Kimbo at a discounted price. Showtime and CBS have to be leaning on him to get it done. The guy is still a ratings juggernaut.

Don't underestimate Walker's dedication and ability. He will be a solid HW and it will be interesting to see how he can grow at his age.
