Unbelievable card from top to bottom. Between the PPV and Spike they showed 10 fights!!!! All of them we awesome. Only complaint was the last round of the Faber fight (and the decision in the Jung/Garcia fight....lol). These guys deserve to be on PPV and they proved it tonight.Comment -
i definitely think it ranks high but im betting Dana is livid right now, only what the card could have been. Like you said, this card was on its way to being great but the last two fights really disappointed. Benson/cerrone, last years 25min battle FOTY, ended in less than a couple mins and really a cerrone victory would be better, to set up the rubbermatch. Aldo/faber was doing alright but round 5 was just bad on aldos part and really left a bad taste on the event imo.
Wec put on an awesome show tonight but im betting dana is pissed inside because it could have been one of the greatest ever if cerrone/henderson had any action and aldo finished faber. However, im sure dana wont let his anger show, no reason too, wec put on the best show of the year and now its time for dana to reinforce that.

This is the first time I watched WEC, and it is definitely minor league. BROWN...... One of the best fighters gets knocked out by a TUF journey man! Before anyone mentions Sera he was at least the winner and 3 of his 6 losses are against, BJ PENN, GSP AND HUGHES.
Aldo made a fool out of FABER. Seems like in the WEC all a sudden we have a new KING every event......
Merge with the UFC so we can see what a joke these guys really are.

Yeah guys moving up to fight at 155 or guys moving down to fight.
UFC & WEC are basically the same thing now so there is no PRIDE vs UFC argument here. Just useless the same company with 2 lightweight divisions......
Bottom line is this guy gets his a** kicked out of the UFC and goes into the WEC FEATHERWEIGHT division and beats the recent champ.

I wasn't too thrilled with the night, and I'm a HUGE WEC fan. This wasn't even close to being the best WEC card ever. Bendo/Cowboy was a huge letdown. I also wish Aldo would've finished the fight. Maybe I'm just bitter over having such a poor night with the books. I got my ass handed to me.Comment -
