Any news on who Tito is fighting? and I'm guessing the episode that shocks everyone tomorrow is Franklin taking Tito's spot.

#37, If i can Griffen at -160 or better I'm all over him, Dunham is a very game fighter though, I could quite possibly see it ending the same way his last fight ended, getting dominated for the first half of the fight and getting a possible sub late

#38not a great main event but still better than Liddell/Ortiz 3. Still don't get why Dana would deny it until now, week ago he was saying the mani event had no changedComment -

#43Doesn't look like the Fitch vs Alves fight is going to be on this card. MMAjunkie has the official PPV main card listed as:
- Chuck Liddell vs. Rich Franklin
- Patrick Barry vs. Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic
- Martin Kampmann vs. Paulo Thiago
- Carlos Condit vs. Rory MacDonald
- Evan Dunham vs. Tyson Griffin

#58i dont see how chuck amounts any offense in this fight. His speed is gone and so is his chin, and we quickly saw chuck without his speed is just a liability. Franklin has made a living out of beating guys like chuck and rich is still dam good fighter. I really love this fight because of chucks striking style in general, chuck likes to sit back and rich should have no problem landing first and backing out.Comment -

#59definitely doesn't have the same chin he used to but I think it's very debatable just how much of a chin he has left, he's been knocked out by Shogun and Rampage, arguably the two biggest punchers in the division, Franklin has some nice power but no way does it equal Rampage and Shoguns, the shot that rashad hit him with would have probably knocked out a lot of heavy weights
aside from the rampage fight Chuck was highly competitive against both Shogun and Rashad, I'm not so sure he wasn't on his way to a 10-9 round against shogun, i still need to go back and rewatch the fight. You make a good point about the speed advantage though, Franklin's best bet is to employ a similar style to the way he beat Wand, in and out with the jab and use his superior footwork. I've also heard rumblings about how chuck may look to implement more takedowns into his game plan, that could spell trouble for Franklin, I think we saw glimpses of that against Shogun
I've had a really bad read on Franklin fights in the past so that's the primary reason I may be sitting this one outComment -

#61Franklin's got an edge, but I'll take Chuck if the line gets a little better. Franklin really hasn't beat or fought anyone that great lately and the opponents he has fought that are similar to Chucks recent opponents have ended in similar results. Also Chucks been training really hard because he thought he was going to fight Tito. Pretty much all of Franklin's recent wins in my opinion would have been Chuck's wins if he was fighting those opponents. I also don't think Franklin's got anywhere near the KO power that anyone that's KO'd Chuck has. This should be a close fight and it will probably end in a close decision.Comment -
