If that fight happened in mma Brock would shoot immediately and try to take Foreman down.

If it was a stand-up/boxing type fight, obviously Brock would get KO'd. It would be interesting but Foreman would have to train in some type of ground game to at least defend a takedown or get back up if taken down. Brock is an all-american world class wrestler. It would be your classic striker vs. wrestler.
