I am staying away from Gouveia/Belcher. I really like Burns though. Maybe a little points wager? 25 points straight up?

Cheick Kongo is fighting Frank Mir. I thought we were betting on the Burns/Grant

Bought back another .4 units on Belcher. So that bet is only for .4625 units now.

I was able to get TJ Grant early close to the opening line at -115 and I think that’s a steal. Kevin Burns has a lot of the name value due to his 2 fights with Anthony Johnson. But I really don’t see too many advantages that he has in this fight. TJ has an unlimited motor where Burns usually putters his way to the finish line. TJ has the much better ground game and jiu-jitsu. I’d give Kevin the stand-up advantage but I don’t think its that much above what Grant has to offer. I feel that if TJ can weather the early standup storm by Burns, he should easily be able to control the rest of the fight with his pace and grappling.

My Pick: TJ Grant (-115) 2.3 units to win 2 units

Pretty much went the way I expected. Grant got rocked early, but recovered nicely and went on his way to a nice first round stoppage. Needed that one for a good start. Was my second biggest bet of the night.

It was an added bonus but no it didn't affect my bet lol. However, I've seen many of his fights since they've been in Canada so I know what he is capable of.

                              Thanks Hoff!

Decent night. Finished up 2.34 units I believe. Shouldn't have gotten cute with the Fitch prop bet...but its all good.
