this will be an interesting fight---I am a huge BJ Penn fan but still concerned about his cardio against Deigo. Will Deigo come out hyper aggressive or somewhat cautious because of BJ's quick stand-up? If hyper it could be a detriment and he might get caught, making cardio a non factor. I'm also curious about Deigos power, he hit Guida with several shots that I thought should have knocked him out. Also is the lower weight helping or hurting Sanchez? He looks kinda skeletal last fight. I'll be curious to read the discussion on this fight.

My BF trained with BJ on Friday and said he was in awesome shape. It's not like a few years ago when he was partying all the time.

have to think Mir will take the fight to the ground where Kongo hasn't ever looked that good... I might look for Mir by submission prop.

alan belcher is always in competitive, close fights. would much rather see this fight over fitch/pierce. real letdown that alves dropped. but it would be real unfair to fitch to drop him to undercard, would think sponsors would be very unhappy with that.

it great they keep showing some prelims on spike.

I can't pull the trigger on anything that just came out. I already have a small bet on Mir, I like Gouveia but haven't bet yet. I thought I was going to get a lot softer line on Edgar Garcia. Hopefully some TUF lovers bet Johnson so I can get Garcia at a better price.

A middleweight contest between Alan Belcher and Wilson Gouveia has been changed to a 195-pound catchweight bout.

The change was made Friday afternoon and approved by UFC officials, according to a source close to the situation.

The source said Gouveia asked for a 190-pound catchweight limit, but Belcher gave a counter-offer of 195 pounds, stating he was already at 195 pounds and didn't see the use in cutting extra weight.

Very weird weigh-in. Half of the undercard fighters were over weight.

Wiman didn't look very good and then he pushed Nelson during the face-off. I'm pretty sure the fighter that pushes during the weigh-in always loses.

Garcia was 2 pounds over. Who knows how bad his weight cut has been. We'll see if he makes it, but either way I won't be betting on him now.

Gouveia vs Belcher is a catch weight of 195. Gouveia was not going to make weight so he asked for the catch weight originally. I don't like my Gouveia pick as much now.

Kongo would not face Mir for the face-off. Kongo turned his back to Mir. ????
