this is a great article about the fight:

yeah, haye is fast, athletic, and powerful. but he's been stopped twice in the amateurs, once in the pros, dropped 2 other times in pro fights. his total hw experience is 6 rounds.

valuev is plodding, but has a decent jab. if he has a good work rate, i think he can tire haye out. I know valuev looked just awful against holyfield, but he has looked better in other fights. i took a small flyer on valuev by KO at +390. i made the bet before the article came out. i just happen to agree w/ a lot of it.

do your own research, and good luck.

Even my UK sportsbook is getting cheaper too, it feels like they're inviting the UK betters to support their Haye. I think Haye will be in for a long boring fight. If he will not knock him out, and judges would surely favor the hometown VALUEV.

i like the under 10.5 rounds at +150 or so
even with plodding heavyweights there's always a decent chance of a stoppage/knockout imho.

I don“t tbh, i can see a long and boring 12 round fight that Haye should win, i think they had the correct opener but it puzzles me that the line is going down...

One thing is sure wining on points/decision at Germany is almost impossible, Haye need a KO.

Those laying money on the Nikolai figure Haye will play keep away vs the bigger Valuev. Their thinking is that the dec goes to Valuev.I think that he will box early half and pick up the pace 2nd half of fight and look for his power punches. This will look like the Holyfield fight except Haye is younger and has more in the tank.
