been breaking down some film on Billy Evangelista and boy does that line seem to be on crack, before I even watched film I was thinking to myself for him to be -200 over gurgel he had to be some type of badass, so far this is what I have gathered, weak chin, slow punches, horrible head movement, and he has been is some real close fights with avg at best fighters, I guess the bookmaker is counting on that 9-0 record to take in plenty of action, doesn't make a lick of sense to me either way
