    UFC 103: HOFFtastic
    Vitor Belfort +100
    Rich Franklin -130

    Rich "Ace" Franklin (27-4) is coming off two decisions in his last two fights. A loss to Dan Henderson and a win against an aged Wanderlei Silva. The last fight, also at a catch weight of 195. Vitor "Gary" Belfort (18-8) is coming off of two KO's in his last two fights. A thumping of an aged Matt Linland and a beating of a scrub in Terry Martin.

    This fight may be exciting. There might be some back and forth exchanges with some ohhs and awhs. But my guess is it probably stays on the feet for three rounds and turns into something like this.



    A lot of people are high on Belfort right now because of his destruction of Lindland. It was a very nice KO but I don't think it is a sign of things to come for Belfort in the UFC. Franklin is a smart fighter and he will mostly likely turn this into an ambiguously gay three round decision.
    RICH FRANKLIN -130

    Mirko Cro Cop +100
    Junior Dos Santos -130

    This fight is all about Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'll explain. Junior Dos Santos (8-1) is coming off a violent destruction of Fabricio Werdum and a bitch slapping of Stefan Struve. Junior reminds me of Arnold from Predator. A lethal killing machine.

    Mirko Cro Cop (25-6-2) is on his second stint in the UFC after a terrible run in his first try. He has looked slow and out of shape. He won his last fight by the old poke in the eye technique. This Cro Cop of late reminds me of Arnold in the movie "Junior."

    I don't know about you, but I'd think the gun-wielding killing machine has a much better chance of winning a fight than a pregnant man does.
    JUNIOR DOS SANTOS -130

    Frank Trigg +320
    Josh Koscheck -420

    Frank "Twinkle Toes" Trigg (19-6) is back in the UFC after a 4 year absence. I can see Trigg has stayed active as he has fought in a variety of other promotions in that time including Pride, Sengoku, Strikeforce, and XCF. What I'm missing is where Trigg has had a quality win in the last two years.

    Twinkle Toes is about to burn out and turn into dark matter at the hands of Josh Koscheck (12-4), a younger and faster version of Frank Trigg. Even though Koscheck is coming off a big upset, he'll be ready to get back in the mix with an easy win. Parlay this bitch.
    JOSH KOSCHECK -420

    Cole Miller +130
    Efrain Escudero -160

    Although not a world-beater, Cole "Beanpole" Miller (15-3) has gone 4-1 in his UFC time including nice wins over Leonard Garcia and Jorge Gurgel. Efrain Escudero (11-0) is making his second appearance in the UFC after beating an extremely over-hyped Phillipe Nover in the TUF finale. However, there has been a long delay in Escudero's second fight as he has been injured. That screams ring rust.



    Escudero looked terrible at the weigh-ins. Out of shape, over weight, and drained. I'm looking for the gas tank to run out and the Beanpole to tap out Escudero.
    COLE MILLER +130

    Rob Emerson +100
    Rafael Dos Anjos -130

    Here it is. My GEM* of the night. I honestly thought the odds on this fight would open in the -200 range for the ground wizard Rafael Dos Anjos (11-4). After two tough loses, the third time's the charm for the red ninja turtle.


    Rob Emerson (10-7, 1 NC) is an over-rated TUF participant. Emerson has two UFC wins. A split decision over some Japanese guy who I've never heard of and for the life of me couldn't say or spell his name. And a flash KO of Manny Gamburyan. Not impressed. Do you remember when Gray Maynard knocked himself out slamming some stiff on his back? Emerson was that stiff.

                Nice Hoff. Funny stuff; like how you and Bread supplement with pictures.

                Parlayed Griffin and Koscheck-can't see how either would lose. Also parlayed Griffin, Koscheck, Dos Santos, and Franklin.

                    Since about UFC 100 I have only been making 2-3 plays per card instead of every fight. Money management, what? I try to only play my strongest ones. I only need to win Dos Santos (which you played) and Dos Anjos. You can win all the others and I'll be happy!

                        I only put small amounts on each fight. My biggest bet is only ever $50. Anything beyond that would freak me out.
