Combat Betting at Las Vegas Sportsbooks

I plan on visiting Vegas soon, and it will be my first time betting there. A few questions:

1. I want to do parlays with fights that span several months, do the sportsbooks allow it and if so which sportsbooks?
2. Which sportsbooks are the most combat sports friendly (props, high limits, etc.)?
