Definitely disagree there. Media scores are a good barometer of how a fight should have been scored.

Around 50 events per year.

To add more weight classes, they would have to do more events. More than 1 event per week.

Its not economical. Not worth it to add additional weight classes.

The 20 pound gap between 185 and 205 is near to a 10% difference in body weight.

Which is close to the percentage gap of lighter weight classes.
