Glad to see Vettori take the smart approach and prioritize his grappling. He had tons of success with that. Mostly one way traffic outside of getting clipped early in R5. Vettori had an least one minute of top control in every round.

Yeah that's a bad style matchup for him. I'd like to see him against Costa or the Whittaker/Gastelum winner.

I still can't believe Holland wasn't cut from the UFC after the last fight with Brunson. Zuffa and Dana give him another chance and a main event fight on ABC and he lays on his back again for the entire fight. LOL..

Early into her UFC stint, Dern didn't do much strength and conditioning training. She said she wanted to compete and still have the body of a woman.

Now that she's doing more weight training, you can see what difference it makes.
